Nation partnerships

Your Nation's vision. A shared path to delivery.

Strong partnerships begin with listening. Our approach starts with a Nation's priorities for its people, lands and future, and the governance that will guide the work.

We are developing a coordinated partnership model that brings housing, infrastructure, capital strategy and specialist expertise around those priorities. At Elk Ridge, that means years of collaboration with local First Nations.

What we can explore together

  1. Homes people can access

Modular and other housing options, and paths to ownership for members and the wider community, where the Nation chooses.

  2. Infrastructure that enables growth

Water, wastewater, energy and resilience planning, with ownership and responsibilities agreed for each project.

  3. Economic participation that lasts

Shared ownership, training, procurement, local enterprise and long-term revenues through negotiated arrangements.

  4. Coordination from vision to delivery

Feasibility, capital planning, professional teams and implementation, connected through one accountable plan.

Nation-led priorities. Agreed governance. Transparent economics. Every partnership is negotiated; each community's vision is its own.
